Cappuccino Mousse recipe

1 cup milk
3/4 cup cold strong coffee
1 box instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
2 TBS sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar

Beat milk, coffee, pudding mix, and 2 TBS sugar in a large bowl until tick.
In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar with an electric mixer until stiff.
Fold both mixtures together and let set in fridge until firmed.
Serve cold.
