Mediterranean Squash/ Zucchini recipe

8 sliced summer squash or zucchini
1 chopped onion
3 TBS olive oil
salt to taste
grated parmesean
Italian bread crumbs

Fry vegetables in olive oil until they look wilted. Remove from heat and salt. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesean and let sit 5 minutes.
