Chili recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp paprika
3 1/2 TBS chili powder
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp corn flour (optional)
salt to taste
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can V8
1 can pinto beans

Cook the meat with the onion and garlic. Add the other seasonings and stir in well. Pour the  tomatoes, V8, and beans in and cover until hot. Can be eaten with cornbread, crackers, or over rice.

This is a great meal to add pureed liver to. You get the goodness of the organ meat without really tasting the liver.
