Potato Salad recipe

8 - 12 medium potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
12 oz crumbled bacon
2 TBS bacon grease
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 TBS apple cider vinegar
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS yellow mustard
1 TBS salt
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup diced green onion

Dice potatoes and boil until soft. Drain and allow to cool.
Peel eggs and then chop.
Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle the top with additional paprika.
