Keto Protein Powder recipe

 1 cup coconut milk powder

1/2 cup collagen powder

1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener

2 TBS butter powder

2 TBS egg white powder

2 TBS MCT powder

2 TBS ground Chia, Flax, Hemp seed blend

1/4 cup cacao powder

pinch of sea salt

Mix together and store it in a tightly sealed jar.

To use, mix 1/3 cup with 1 1/2 cups of your choice of milk. You can add honey if you want it sweeter, or add more coconut oil for some extra fat.

NOTE: If you are using a flavored collagen powder, you can omit the cacao powder and up the collagen powder to 3/4 cup.
