1 1/5 cup flour
2 cups almond flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
12 TBS melted butter
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9X13 pan with non stick spray and lightly dust with sugar.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together well.
Add in the eggs, vanilla, and butter (making sure that the butter is not too hot).
You want to mix this together well and then press it into the bottom of your pan.
8 oz cream cheese
3 large eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese down some then add in the egg, vanilla, and butter.
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula making sure to get all the lumps out.
Add in the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. If you're doing this by hand just get it as smooth as possible.
Pour this over the mixture that you pressed into the bottom of the 9X13 pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. The top will look a little brown and puffed up, but it should be a little jiggly when done.
Remove from oven and let set for at least 3 hours before cutting it.
I'm a King James Bible believing sinner saved by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ! I was raised by a good mother and I went to a KJV church growing up. I am a mother of 5 lovely children and am married to a crazy Cajun for 20 years now! I think bow ties are cool, and grey hairs are like tinsle for your head. I admire those who do right no matter the cost, and wish to avoid those who would compromise the truth.
Sometimes the devil doesn't tempt us with evil; sometimes he allures us with good, distracts us with obligations, confuses us with compromise, or hinders us with business to keep us from that which is best- service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Remember, the devil always offers his best, before Christ will offer His will for your life.
