Non-dairy Fat Bomb Creamer

For those who want a high fat, dairy free option for your morning coffee, here's a tasty recipe for you. You can modify it to suit your needs; however, if you are fasting this will break your fast! The only way to consume coffee without breaking your fast is to drink it with MCT oil, butter, or black.
Please, use only yard eggs since you will be adding them in raw. The lecithin in the eggs helps to hold the recipe together and it makes it creamy. No, you will not get scrambled eggs in the bottom of your cup!
This recipe gives you the creaminess of half-n-half, but without any dairy (ghee is considered dairy free).

4 raw eggs
2 cans coconut milk
2 TBS local honey
1 cup ghee (you could use butter)
2 tsp molasses (adds in a healthy iron source)
3 TBS coconut oil
1/4 cup collagen (I use Great Lakes- the green container)
2 tsp cinnamon

Blend together in a blender on high until well mixed. Store in wide mouth mason jars in the fridge. Use a spoon to scoop some out into your coffee in the mornings.
