I'm a King James Bible believing sinner saved by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ! I was raised by a good mother and I went to a KJV church growing up. I am a mother of 5 lovely children and am married to a crazy Cajun for 20 years now! I think bow ties are cool, and grey hairs are like tinsle for your head. I admire those who do right no matter the cost, and wish to avoid those who would compromise the truth.
Sometimes the devil doesn't tempt us with evil; sometimes he allures us with good, distracts us with obligations, confuses us with compromise, or hinders us with business to keep us from that which is best- service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Remember, the devil always offers his best, before Christ will offer His will for your life.

Who Or What is Jesus?
Who or what is Jesus? God? Man? Angel?
This subject deserves far more space than we have here, but here goes...
If anyone requires that all that can be learned and understood about Jesus Christ, had to come out of His own mouth, then you will be very limited in your understanding about who & what was Jesus. (see John 21:25). You may have noticed in the Bible that Jesus came to speak of the Father, and the Holy Ghost came to speak of the Son? Surprisingly, Jesus did NOT come speaking of Himself. (see John 5:19-47) To learn the greater truth ABOUT who & what was Jesus, one must search the Scriptures, which were made know to God's servants by the Spirit. (2 Peter 1:21, "...holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." & "All scripture is given by inspiration of God..." (2 Tim. 3:16). The answers to our questions about Jesus must come right out of the Bible, but will not necessarily come from the lips of Jesus about Himself.
Perhaps we should begin at the beginning.
The Holy Scriptures reveal that Jesus Christ existed in eternity past, prior to His entering the womb of Mary at conception. Gabriel said to Mary, "The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." (Lk. 1:35_ the Father, Son & Spirit are together in this verse, again in 3:22, and in John 3:34, and again in John 14:16 & 14:26, and many other references. The doctrine of the Godhead [Father, Son & Holy Spirit] is easily established from the Scriptures.)
The Bible proof that Jesus existed prior to His first advent is in Colossians 1:12-17, where "by Him [Jesus] were ALL THINGS CREATED, that are in heaven...earth...all things were created by Him and for Him: and He is before all things, and by Him all things consist." Also, we read in the gospel of John "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS GOD. The same was in the beginning WITH God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made...And the Word BECAME FLESH, and DWELT AMONG US, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." (John 1:1-3, 14)
Those are powerful verses, which state clearly that Jesus is the Word, who spoke and all things were created, just as we read in the book of Genesis! This Word was clearly identified as God in verse 1, then said to have been the Creator of "all things," then that Word is revealed as none other than JESUS!
If this isn't enough, we have the testimony of the Father about the true identity of the Son in the book of Hebrews. The writer of the book of Hebrews makes the point that Jesus is superior than any of the angels. He quotes from Psalm 2:7, applying those words to Jesus, as the Son, whom the Father calls GOD! That's right, God the Father called Jesus GOD. Here is the verse: "But unto Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom...And, Thou, Lord [Christ], in the beginning hast laid the FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH; and the heavens are the works of thine hands..." (Hebrews 1:8-10, the entire chapter should be read, to fully appreciate the meaning in context.) This is PROOF, for any who will receive it, that the one who came to earth as Jesus, was the Son of God, who shared glory with God the Father in eternity past, AS God, and is the Creator mentioned in Genesis one! The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God! (Holy Spirit is God, Acts 5:3-4). This is an astounding truth revealed right in the Bible. It doesn't require man's comments or interpretation, for it is plainly stated in the Word of God. But why didn't Jesus say this about Himself over and over again, while He was on earth? Because He came to make the Father known, then after Jesus would depart, the Holy Spirit would then make the Son known through individual believers. He -- the same one who came to earth and obtained a mortal body from Mary, so that He could die for our sins -- is the God who created all things!
Now I have only used a very few verses in the Bible to prove the grand truth that Jesus is in fact God, but there are more, many more that could be given. Space, as I mentioned at the outset, doesn't allow for an exhaustive study of this subject.
But one more truth.
How can the Father be God, the Son be God, and the Spirit be God, when the Bible plainly teaches that there is but ONE true God?
The answer is simple. The word "God" is a uniplural noun, like the words "people," "family," "church." Each of those words are uniplural nouns, which imply MORE THAN ONE. One person is not a people, one person does not a church make, nor is one singular person a family. But God is one God, who exists as three persons: the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. Each is God, with the same essence and character, yet God is made known as ONE GOD made up of three persons.
"Great is the MYSTERY OF GODLINESS," wrote the apostle Paul to a young pastor. "God was manifest in the flesh..." (1 Tim. 3:16).
Yes, I believe Jesus is God. Not because it feels right, or seems right, or because some scholar, priest, pastor or rabbi said I should believe it. I believe it because of the testimony of Holy Scripture.
Jesus is God.

The Road Not Taken (poem)
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Funny Happenings- Christmas List
My d-year-old granddaughter grabbed a marker and started drawing on a piece of paper. I asked her what she was doing and she answered, “I’m writing something.” When she finished she handed it to me and said, “This is my Christmas list!” It was then set on my nightstand for future purchases.

What Happens On Earth During The Tribulation?
On earth, during the Tribulation period, God is pouring out His wrath on a reprobate humanity while showing that He already sent the Messiah and the Jews rejected Him.

The Two Witnesses of Revelation
MOSES AND ELIJAH, NOT ENOCH AND ELIJAH
For the past three decades I've been hearing folks claim that the two witnesses of Revelation 11 have to be Enoch and Elijah because these two men never experienced death and must do so (Rev. 11:7), according to the demands of Hebrews 9:27: "it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."
Not that it really matters in your day-to-day life and ministry, but since the Enoch theory keeps floating around out there, I felt it necessary to put it to rest for at least a few people, if possible. There is no way that the two witnesses of Revelation 11 can be anyone other than Moses and Elijah. Please consider . . .
(1) Hebrews 9:27 doesn't read the way that it's usually quoted and the way that I quoted it above. Hebrews 9:27 begins with two words that are almost always omitted, and it is connected with verse 28 by a colon, which is seldom mentioned. The whole passage says, "And AS it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: SO Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." The author of Hebrews never intended for PART of verse 27 to be used as an absolute rule for every person to ever live. The main context is the DEATH OF CHRIST (verses 1-28), not the required death of every human being.
(2) The notion that the death of Enoch and Elijah would fulfill the demands of Hebrews 9:27 just won't work, even if Hebrews 9:27 WAS an absolute rule requiring the death of every person, because there will be MILLIONS of believers to be caught up in the first resurrection to never die (I Ths. 4:13-18; I Cor. 15:51-52; John 11:26).
(3) SO! Rather than honoring the Scriptures by making Enoch one of the two witnesses, many of the brethren DISHONOR the Scriptures by destroying God's typology! Enoch CANNOT die because, since the last days are "as the days of Noah" (Luke 17:26), there must be someone from the days of Noah to picture the saints of the last days who are taken to heaven without dying before God's judgment falls, and that someone is Enoch: "And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him." (Gen. 5:24) Hebrews 11:5 further stresses this by saying, "By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God." What's the point in stressing the fact that Enoch didn't see death, if he has to return and see it in the Great Tribulation? He does NOT return to see death, just as raptured Christians do not return to see death. He lives forever without dying.
(4) Claiming that Hebrews 9:27 is an absolute rule would also mean that every word in the verse is absolute, not just the ones you like. That would mean that the phrase "ONCE to die" is also absolute. That won't work because some people die MORE than once, such as Lazarus, the son of the widow of Nain, Tabitha, the son of the Shunammite woman, and even Moses (Rev. 11). Hebrews 9:27 is in your Bible to stress the fact that CHRIST died once to take away sin (since the wages of sin is DEATH); it is NOT in your Bible to establish an absolute rule on the death of every human being.
(5) The descriptions of the two witnesses in Revelation 11 clearly match the works of Moses and Elijah, not Enoch and Elijah.
(6) Moses and Elijah, not Enoch and Elijah, are the proper representatives of the LAW and the PROPHETS, and these are the words that Jesus used to sum up the Old Testament (Luke 16:16).
(7) Moses and Elijah, not Enoch and Elijah, appeared with Jesus at the Mount of Transfiguration in Matthew 17:3: ". . . there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him."
(8.) The last chapter of the Old Testament gives the names of Moses and Elijah in connection with the Second Coming of Christ (Mal. 4). Enoch isn't mentioned in ANY of the prophetic books. In fact, he's mentioned only four times in the New Testament while Moses is mentioned seventy-seven times.
(9) Jesus said that two men will sit beside Him in the coming kingdom (Mat. 20:21-23), and all indications are that these two men will be Moses and Elijah, the proper representatives of "the law and the prophets," which find their fulfillment in Christ, thus making up a three-fold cord of witnesses (Deu. 19:15; Mat. 18:16; Ecc. 4:12).
Enoch doesn't fit into any of this. It is true that Enoch WALKED with God (Gen. 5:24), but both Moses and Elijah STAND WITH GOD (I Kgs. 17:1; Exo. 34:5) as two prophetic witnesses and probably as the two prophetic anointed ones of Zechariah 4:14.
I've heard and read other views, but no view holds a stronger witness of the scriptures than Moses and Elijah.

Butter Drenched Biscuits recipe
5 cups flour
2 TBS plus 2 tsp baking powder
2 TBS sugar
2 tsp salt
3 and 1/2 cups milk
2 TBS lemon juice
2 sticks butter
Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add in milk and lemon juice. Stir until just combined (it doesn't have to be lump free); over stirring can change the texture.
Pour melted butter into a deep 9X13 pan and top with your biscuit batter. Spread it out evenly and then "cut" your biscuits allowing the butter to flow into the cuts.
Please note that as the biscuits rise, the butter will be pushed out of a shallow pan and your kitchen will fill with smoke!
Bake at 450* until the tops are golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow the biscuits to soak up any butter liquid that remains.

The Feed (poem)
Glutinous generation!! Welcome to “the feed”-
Endless Facebook likes and tick tock streams
In the palm of your hand so you can consume
a delectable snack that will be your doom.
Minutes turn to hours as your ego gets fatter,
A perfected algorithm as a tasteful appetizer.
We tell you what you want and what you like
To wet your forked tongues and appetite.
A hint of smokiness from the fiery heat-
Online debates, and political schemes.
Want to play the victim? Have a slice!
Online therapy because the trolls aren’t nice?
A media induced coma to keep you compliant;
Labeled “Racist Homophobic bigotry” if defiant.
Gun shootings, police brutality- eat up, just try it!
Sex trafficking, pedophile rings- Shhh! Be quiet.
The vaccine is safe, You can trust the science.
If the professionals don’t agree, we can buy their silence.
A buffet of narcissism and sweet deception-
All you can eat- pay no attention.
A flamed broiled agenda compliments of the elite
Chaotic world order with a side of peace.
Inside our kitchen, a failed inspection,
Multiated babies, lab made infections-
Our skillful chefs will keep you full on riots
While we cater little children to pedo island.
May I interest you with a savory distraction?
On a scale from Oscars to elections, please rate your satisfaction.
No reservations needed, please, take a seat!
And again we’d like to welcome you to “the Feed”.

What Happens In Heaven During The Tribulation?
The Tribulation period is one of the most well known prophecies in the Bible. Books have been written about it, movies have been made about it, and even the apocalyptic video games revolve in some way around it.

The Book That Stands Alone
The Bible is one of the oldest known records of history in the world. If you thought the Bible was primarily a religious book, then you have never read it. It deals with the history of the world, the Jewish people, and the time of the early church. It contains prophecy about the future of the world, too.
It contains genealogies, heroism, conquests, failures, oppressions, and miracles. There's stories of ghosts, witches, giants, mutants, plagues, and destruction. It's written by poets, rebels, prophets, shepherds, kings, murderers, and slaves.
How did we get this book of history and prophecy? It took a divine hand, supernatural preservation, and the spiritual guidance of many different people in many different lands throughout time.
