Penny's Homemade Coffee Grounds Blend recipe

Use these three types of green coffee beans, roasted at home for this blend:
Ethiopian Sidamo
Brazilian Bourbon Peaberry
Dominican Republic Ramirez Honey



In a container, mix together the home roasted and ground coffee mentioned above. Use  1/2 cup ground coffee of each type for a total of 1.5 cups of coffee grounds.
To this add the following:
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS cacao powder
1 TBS ground chicory root
1/4 tsp of vanilla bean powder 

Mix all ingredients together and store in a air tight container in the fridge.

Use 2 tsp per 8 oz cup of coffee.

Good with with my homemade non-dairy coffee creamer.
