1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
2 eggs
1 TBS honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup yogurt
1 TBS butter, melted
1 TBS coconut oil, melted
about 1/4 cup milk
In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, honey, vanilla, yogurt, butter, and coconut oil together.
Now, mix the flour mixture with the egg mixture, slowly adding in the milk until it reaches a good "pancake mix" consistency.
Drop the batter into a greased skillet and cook on medium about 3 to 4 minutes per side, flipping as needed.
You can add berries to this recipe if you want more flavor.
I'm a King James Bible believing sinner saved by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ! I was raised by a good mother and I went to a KJV church growing up. I am a mother of 5 lovely children and am married to a crazy Cajun for 20 years now! I think bow ties are cool, and grey hairs are like tinsle for your head. I admire those who do right no matter the cost, and wish to avoid those who would compromise the truth.
Sometimes the devil doesn't tempt us with evil; sometimes he allures us with good, distracts us with obligations, confuses us with compromise, or hinders us with business to keep us from that which is best- service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Remember, the devil always offers his best, before Christ will offer His will for your life.
